Why Go With LED LIGHTING?
Save energy and money just by investing in some lightbulbs!
Update those old energy consuming incandescent lightbulbs into LED lights. Although fluorescents do tend to save money, they just don’t look all that great. LED bulbs look just like a regular bulb but casts really nice lighting. If you buy the natural daylight bulbs and change them all throughout the house, then you can have some beautiful even light, which can change the overall look of a house, just by investing in some lightbulbs. Not only that, but LED light bulbs are more efficient and last longer than ordinary bulbs.
Energy Star Rating
You don’t always have to buy the most expensive bulb to save money. Read the box and if it says the product meets EPA’s strict energy requirements, then it is probably a good bulb. You can make doubly sure by doing an internet search and finding bulbs with high star ratings.
Be careful when purchasing a lighting fixture though. Some of today’s fixtures do not allow you to replace the bulbs so that you will be a returning customer. Although this might work for someone who can wire the lighting in without any issues, most folks need a professional to install the fixtures.
